He came a second time to meet with my insurance adjuster. He was able to work with her to help identify damaged areas and discuss repairs. He came back a third time to make those repairs, replacing damaged shingles and securing shingles lifted up and vulnerable to wind and storms. He told me I actually wasn’t in as bad of shape as I thought, but he did find 2 dozen small holes in the roof where my internet company moved a cable and failed to seal the holes. He provided a quote on replacing the roof and the next week it was completed. All in one day! Not only am I impressed with the quality of his work but he clearly goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. He even trimmed some branches for me that were overhanging close to the roof…which I had been dreading climbing onto a ladder to do myself. The pitch of the roof and location were in such a spot that my guys couldn’t properly install a flash, cap, and collar.
