"Blake Biddick first came to my home to assess damage to my roof. He noted several damaged areas that were both noticeable and some that were not noticeable. He came a second time to meet with my insurance adjuster. He was able to work with her to help identify damaged areas and discuss repairs. He came back a third time to make those repairs, replacing damaged shingles and securing shingles lifted up and vulnerable to wind and storms. I couldn’t have been more pleased and grateful for the work he did. He told me I actually wasn’t in as bad of shape as I thought, but he did find 2 dozen small holes in the roof where my internet company moved a cable and failed to seal the holes. "Awesome! I called and Blake, the owner, came out the next day to look at the roof. He fixed a leak, no charge, which really saved me with the torrential downpours we have been having. He provided a quote on replacing the roof and the next week it was completed. All in one day! Not only am I impressed with the quality of his work but he clearly goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. He even trimmed some branches for me that were overhanging close to the roof…which I had been dreading climbing onto a ladder to do myself. He fixed my stove vent that my contractor never connected to anything. Also, communication is key for me with anybody I do business with and Blake was on top of it. "Hardin Heating And Air installed a new heating and air conditioning system for a family here in midlothian. Do to new up grades of the furnace some shingle work was to be done. The pitch of the roof and location were in such a spot that my guys couldn’t properly install a flash, cap, and collar. I called Jerrod with Pinnacle and with in a couple of days Jerrod had his guys at the job and made the repair without a problem. Customer was satisfied and pleased.
