He came a second time to meet with my insurance adjuster. He was able to work with her to help identify damaged areas and discuss repairs. He came back a third time to make those repairs, replacing damaged shingles and securing shingles lifted up and vulnerable to wind and storms. He told me I actually wasn’t in as bad of shape as I thought, but he did find 2 dozen small holes in the roof where my internet company moved a cable and failed to seal the holes. He provided a quote on replacing the roof and the next week it was completed. All in one day! He even trimmed some branches for me that were overhanging close to the roof…which I had been dreading climbing onto a ladder to do myself. The pitch of the roof and location were in such a spot that my guys couldn’t properly install a flash, cap, and collar.
